I met the CEO of The Tile Doctor in Las Vegas last week for the annual "Surfaces" show at the Sands Convention Center Tuesday through Thursday. As usual, many distributers, manufacturer's, representatives, and contractors attended the show. There were quite a few new products available for everyone to look at. I was so busy at the booth, I never even managed to walk the show to have a look for myself. At one point, I pulled away to say hello to an old friend ay the Mapei booth, Sam Biondo. As you may recall, Sam was a guest on the DVD series I did with Jodi Marks back in 2006. As usual, Sam was his energetic and lovable self.

I should mention that we launched a new tool line of saws and mixing equipment under the Tile Doctor brand. We also are bringing a anti-microbial to the tile industry. I am quite sure the readers are already aware of the training and other programs that The Tile Doctor has had for many years.

All in all the show was a great success!
