Hi there,

Sadly no luck with the tiles. We tried many products. Including those that you very kindly recommended. We had problems trying to import cleaning products into the UK - I imagine that's probably down to our import laws!!

I think the final outcome will be to start again from scratch. I am not going to go for the small tiles again. Hopefully, finances allowing, granite or hardwood.

Any advice will be very welcome?

I contacted a couple of sites in the UK and none of them replied to me. So a big thank you for your initial help, and for remembering me. I really do appreciate your time.

Kind Regards and Thank you!

Hi there, Eighteen months ago we replaced the tiles in our kitchen with small mosaic ceramic square tiles. We followed the advice of the supplier and various product user guides - they were prepared, sealed, cleaned, buffed etc. I clean them religiously, I have tried bleach, lemon juice, bicarbonate, scrubbing, yet still they look like the whole lot needs to be ripped out and started again. It is such a shame, a lot of work went into them. The grout seems to attract every bit of dirt, grime available. When I think they are clean, I can go over them again and more stain will come off? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I am in England, so wonder if you can advise products that may be available here? Thank you.
