Grout Sealer
The Tile Doctor Grout Sealer is a water based sealer formulated for professional protection against water, oil and stains in grout joints. The low VOC content meets regulations in all 50 states. Creates a vapor permeable barrier allowing moisture transmission. Does not alter the appearance of grout.

USES: Use on cementitious sanded and unsanded grout joints for ceramic tile installations. Appropriate for interior and exterior installations.
APPLICATION: Read entire label before using. Surface must be clean, dry and free of existing sealers or coatings. Allow at least 48 hours after grout application before sealing. Apply and saturate surfaces using a paint brush, or paint pad/applicator. Be sure that any sealer that does not penetrate surface is polished off surface within 10 minutes of application using absorbent paper or cotton towels. If 2 or more coats are applied, allow a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours drying time between coats. Achieves full cure in 24 hours. Some highly porous surfaces may require an additional coat after full cure. Clean applicator tools with water after each use.
MAINTENANCE: The Tile Doctor Advanced Tile and Stone
Cleaner is recommended for surface cleaning.
GROUT RELEASE APPLICATION: For new installations,
follow application procedure above. Allow to cure a minimum
of 2 hours before applying grout.
TEST A SMALL AREA according to application instructions with a 24-hour cure time to determine desired results. Test for stain repellency using likely contaminants.
CAUTION: use in well-ventilated areas. Do not use this product with high pressure sprayers. Use low pressure sprayers with no more than 25 psi. Do not aerosolize. Avoid prolonged skin contact. Rubber gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. IF INGESTED: if person is conscious, do not induce vomiting and immediately give 2 glasses of water. Seek medical attention. EYE CONTACT: Flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. SKIN CONTACT: Wash immediately with soap and water. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. INHALATION: relocate to fresh air. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
EXPECTED WEAR: Will vary depending on hardness and texture of surface, type of area, surface wear, frequency and type of maintenance products used. Exterior applications may require more frequent reapplication. Weather condition, harsh cleaning methods, and high alkaline, acidic or solvent-based cleaners will affect wear.
LIMITATIONS: Do not allow sealer to come in contact with any non-recommended surface as product is not completely removable. Sealers and finishes should not be used before or after use of Grout Sealer. If Grout Sealer is not WIPED COMPLETELY DRY within 10 minutes, a residue may form. If residue occurs, use a scrub brush with alcohol to remove. Sealer will not prevent surface wear or protect from acids or caustic chemicals.
HANDLING AND STORAGE: Close container tightly after each use. Store in original container in a cool, dry area. Freeze/thaw resistant. Dispose of residue or any unused leftover product in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
